Sneak Peak- Repurposed Items from Vicenza

In the next week or so we will have some re-purposed hand-made goods made by various tradespeople in Vicenza, Italy. Here is a sneak peak of vintage linens, lace trimmings, and family monograms found at flea markets constructed into placemats. My friend Cynthia had these made with her business partner and is bringing them over for us. She also found WWII shoe clamps that the Italian soldiers used to hike up hills in the snow, and made them into condiment dishes, each porcelain piece was hand-crafted and is one of a kind… again made by a local potter in her home town Vicenza.
